  • Job Title: Program Manager

    The Role

    We’re hiring a Program Manager who will own and scale our customer onboarding and data integration process. You will play a mission-critical role: helping customers go live faster by managing onboarding from contract to launch, ensuring their data is properly integrated and mapped to Scowtt’s schema, and improving tooling and processes along the way.

    This is a foundational role for a builder who loves both systems thinking and hands-on execution.

    What You'll Own

    Pipeline & Project Management

    • Own the full onboarding pipeline across all new customers

    • Track progress, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth launches

    • Act as the quarterback across Sales, Engineering, and Customer teams

    Onboarding Execution

    • Lead onboarding kickoffs and manage each step until the customer is live

    • Document and streamline onboarding steps into repeatable playbooks

    Schema Matching & Data Classification

    • Understand each customer's data structure and align it to Scowtt’s model schema

    • Work closely with customers to map CRM fields, events, product data, and conversion signals

    Data Quality & Integrity

    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all ingested data

    • Run validation checks and raise data issues before launch

    • Maintain clean mappings and versioning across customers

    Tooling & Automation

    • Collaborate with Engineering to build internal tools that reduce onboarding time

    • Drive automation of ingestion pipelines, schema validators, and config templates

    • Continuously refine processes to reduce time-to-live

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–6 years of experience in technical program management, data operations, implementation consulting, or onboarding

    • Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders

    • Comfort working directly with customer data, schemas, and event logs

    • Experience with CRM, CDPs, marketing analytics tools, or API integrations

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver

    • Experience in startups or fast-moving environments preferred

    • Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, SQL, Looker, BigQuery, or data ingestion frameworks

    What We’re Looking For

    • Founder mindset – You’ve built something before: a startup, a sales team, or a new market. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and act decisively.

    • 5–10+ years in B2B sales – With at least 3 years in a sales leadership or startup founder/commercial exec role, preferable in the ad industry.

    • Startup GTM DNA – You’ve launched sales from zero, and you know what to do with a good lead and a product that’s evolving weekly.

    • AI / Advertising / Martech – You understand the sales motion for technology platforms with complex value propositions.

    • Excellent communicator – You can pitch, negotiate, and close — and coach others to do the same.
